A trip to Bridalveil Falls

Yesterday we decided to go for a little hike in the Washington Cascades called Bridalveil Falls. I thought that the hike was 2.4 miles but as it turned out we ended up traveling 4.6 miles. Lydia did a great job and walked/ran the entire time. Matthew did well on the way up but I ended up carrying a grumpy boy the entire way back (he needed a nap). I think that next time we will leave a bit earlier and try to find a 1 mile hike, that just might be ideal.
