Father's Day

After church the fam surprised me with some awesome father's day things! I got a nice note/card from the kids and sheila made a wonderful dinner and cookie dough cake. Here's some picts:

A trip to the nature park

We went on a trip to the nature park. It was a very nice place with a little visitor center and a nice playground and several trails.

Jenna Loves her Ice Cream

Jenna is a funny girl. She takes after her father and really loves her ice cream and loves trying to eat all of it.

Lydia's Haircut

Lydia got a good chunk of her hair cut off. She donated it to a place that makes wigs for children (how sweet).

It's (was) my Birthday!

I got a surprise wake up on my birthday. Sheila and the kids couldn't wait until later so they woke me up in the morning and had me follow a trail to the kitchen where we had ice-cream cake for breakfast (yum!)

Field Trip to the Zoo

Lydia's school went to the Zoo and I was able to go with them! Yea! I was trying to get a good picture of Lydia with her friends but that wasn't working out too well so I decided to get some animals instead.

Jenna Turns One

A year ago Jenna was born on Tuesday at 12:01 a.m. On Thursday I left to start a job in Memphis, so I wasn't able to see a lot of Jenna. I'm glad I have my little baby with me this time as I move. Here's some picts of my little baby's birthday turning one. We opened presents at the Meyer's home and Sheila made a fun pony cake in Memphis.
